When can I expect to receive my order?

As of now, our only products are available for pre order and typically ship within 7-15 business days after checkout.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to make changes to your order and it has not been processed, please use our contact form.

Once your order is prepared for shipping, it cannot be modified.

Am I guaranteed to receive my order?

Placing items in your cart does not guarantee that items will not sell out or on reserve.

Once an item has been purchased, you should receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided.

If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible.

An item I purchased arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please email us using our contact form as soon as you receive your order and we will do our best to provide you a replacement.
